中国国画(zhōng guó guó huà ):Chinese brush painting
徐悲鸿 was a great artist and had led a legendary life in his short 58 years in this world. He had been abroad to Japan and France to study art. He taught art and Chinses paiting in China most of his life. Besides his immense influence on the development of the techniques of Chinese painting, his love life with three women also made him an interesting historical figure in China. Drawing horses is his strengh. He gives his horses life by a few simple strokes,and as we can see, the horses are even alive now, and will live forever in the history of Chinse art.

Chinese music
茉莉花(mò lì huā ) was Chinese most famous premier Zhōu ēnlái's (周恩来) favourite classic music. When he visited other countries, he always picked up this song to represent Chinese music. Due to his love to it, the song became one of the most popular songs known to the western world. The beauty of mò lìhuā (茉莉花) now is shared and enjoyed by people all over the world.

Quite a few Asian cultures are deeply influenced by bamboo. For example, some regard Vietnamese culture as bamboo culture. Japanese people use bamboo to rank their sushi sets. In China, bamboo is a plant that symbolizes longevity. Due to its preservance under harsh conditions, bamboo is referred to as 'Jūnzǐ' (a gentleman / a nobleman), a term Confucius used to describe his ideal human.
Chinese tea culture

Tea, together with silk and porcelain, has once been the best known Chinese products to the world. In 800 A.D. Lu Yu wrote the first book on tea, the Cha Jing (Ching). Lu Yu was an orphan, who was brought up by monks in a temple. He himself natually became a monk. Drawing from his travelling experiences and profound knowledge of tea, he codified the various methods of tea cultivation and preparation in ancient China. His book has greatly influenced tea making both in China and in Japan.
Tea is perceived in China as a cure to poisons. So drinking tea is typically associated with good health.
